Jose Herazo
José Herazo moved to Florida in 1969, where he currently lives.
In 2003, Mr. Herazo was licensed as a Public Insurance Adjuster. At the time, a huge fire engulfed the condominium Sea Air Towers, in Hallandale. Most property owners retained his services to assist them with their insurance claims. Then 2004 and 2005 were years of devastation due to several hurricanes that touched both, east and west coast of Florida. He promptly assisted policyholders in the commercial and residential sectors including hotels, cement plants, grocery stores, and many other businesses. A-1 Adjusters Associates was established as a firm to care for policyholders with dignity and just representation. The firm maintains its core boutique family business nature.
Besides his profession in the insurance industry, he is an experienced traveler with great interest in art galleries and museums that he always visits during his trips. An acute observer of nature and human behavior that he absorbs to project in his art. He has exhibited his artworks in Europe, United States of America, and Colombia, including Museo d’Arte di Chianciano Terme, Italy; Gagliardi Gallery, London, UK, Affordable Art Fair, London, UK, ArtServe Gallery, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA, Coral Springs Museum of Arts, USA; Davie Historical Museum, USA; Salón de las Américas, Coral Gables, USA; Design Gallery of the Americas, Miami, USA; The Raymond F Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, West Palm Beach, USA; Centro Colombo-Americano, Barranquilla and Bogotá, Colombia; Galeria Colseguros, Bogota, Colombia, and many other art venues.
